Hi Volker, thx 4 response. you are right: "set sharedmode" shouldn't have been used here. I wonder, how you simulated the example-files, as Triotest.cir and Pent_P.cir all include a respective .als-file, that I haven't got. The Tube.lib, that is provided by Koren is different from the library, that I attached, because it does not reference parameterized subcircuits. So it cannot reproduce the error. even with ngbehavior=ps I was not able to run the intended simulation, with the attached Koren_Tubes.lib....
