Hi Volker, thx 4 response. you are right: "set sharedmode" shouldn't have been used here. I wonder, how you simulated the example-files, as Triotest.cir and Pent_P.cir all include a respective .als-file, that I haven't got. The Tube.lib, that is provided by Koren is different from the library, that I attached, because it does not reference parameterized subcircuits. So it cannot reproduce the error. even with ngbehavior=ps I was not able to run the intended simulation, with the attached Koren_Tubes.lib....

I use following setting in .spiceinit, which is located in the directory, that is used to start ngspice: set sharedmode set ngbehavior=ki ; remove "/"-character generated by KiCad set ngbehavior=psa ;all ;PSpice, LTSpice & HSpice compatibility set ngbehavior=ps ;PSpice compatibility set ngbehavior=psa ;PSpice compatibility set ngbehavior=lt ;LTSpice compatibility set ngbehavior=lta ;LTSpice compatibility set ngbehavior=ltps ;LTSpice AND PSpice compatibility set ngbehavior=ltpsa ;LTSpice AND PSpice...
