Hi,
what did i do resp. not do in order to get such a mail
as the one below ?
My project is active. I upload new development snapshots
about once per week to scdbackup.sourceforge.net .
Obviously i failed to match the criteria to appear
alive.
I am not opposed to your efforts to keep the disks
clean but any reports about my demise are premature.
I would hate to fall victim to an...

Hi,
Sorry for the delay. I did not know about your request.
There is no hard limit on file names of filesystem
sizes. You need some MB of virtual memory if it comes
to excessive numbers of files.
The planning process for 50 MB / 350000 files needs about
ten minutes with 600 MHz...
