I am trying to upload to upload.sourceforge.net and I am getting the message:
connecting to 216.34.181.56 ...
! Can't connect to upload.sourceforge.net - connection refused
! Connection to upload.sourceforge.net failed
I am using the same FTP profile which I have used successfully over the past 3 years - so I have to assume its a problem with the sourceforge.net service.
