    Github does have a Windows package here: https://desktop.github.com/ They have the documentation here: https://help.github.com/en/desktop I haven't used it personally, so I can't personally vouch for it, but I've heard some good things.

    The code for OpenBiblio is almost ready for a 1.0.0 release! Thanks to the community for your patience -- 1.0 has been almost 10 years in the making!
