It'd be great if there was a plugin to create pocket
mods as found here http://www.pocketmod.com/ . That
guy's got a tool for creating them from PDF files but
it's windows only and lacks the compositing savvy that
pdfsam has.
It would probably be a specialized application of the
existing merge plugin and new rotate and scale plugins.
BTW: If you want a hand with the webstart-ability...
