In addtion to changing the content of some href attributes, I want to change a given string anywhere in the document to another string. What is the best way to find and replace a given target string in a document?.

Does anyone have a large corpus of minorthird compatible training/testing data? I want to make a named entity annotator/extractor to use on the web like the opencalais software.
How well does minorthird work on this task? Is is as good or better than GATE?.

I was using the download files, not cvs. It would be good if the download files had the m3dclassify source and not just in cvs. I will download them from cvs, thanks.

I downloaded the source code from cvs, but I realized that some of the required code is in the m3rdclassify.jar, which doesn't have any source code in it. Where's the source, and why does the code not build correctly? I assume that all of the source should be available since the license is bsd?
I've had to modify some of the package definitions by commenting them out to get it to compile. Is...
