Run xpyinfo and glxinfo against both of the back-end
servers. DMX requires that they have some identical
visuals to work (look at all of the fields). Often,
you get this error if the back-end X11 servers are not
configured to allow remote connections (especially OpenGL
connections). You should be able to run: glxinfo -display
weissnix:1 from a third...

Hello,
In the example tracebacks, you are using OpenGL apps. Is
this true for other (X11 only) apps, or glxgears running on

Try disabling the render exension in the DMX startup command
line and re-run. Also, please attach the complete log of
dmx output.

When I’m watchin’ my tv
And that man comes on to tell me
How white my shirts can be.
Well he can’t be a man ’cause he doesn’t smoke
The same cigarrettes as me.
I can’t get no, oh no no no.
Hey hey hey, that’s what I say.
Is there an issue here?.

The use of "obscure" languages like Perl should be dropped in favor of less obscure ones like
Python (that Randy knows).
IMHO of course :).
