This is a regression bug. For the last two nights, the nightly email that I'm sent listing the day's Slashdot stories has had the blank line before the URL instead of after it. This has the effect of placing the URL with the following story, making processing the email, e.g. with !} in vi, more awkward. (A :g/http/m-2 fixes things.) Here's an example.
