I have just compared the figures from the database, from log files and the number of adjusted MOL files (in the package in my web space). I was wrong about the "2546 compounds not found after adjusting".
The MOL files converted to pH 7.4 sum up 3177:
· 1464 found in ChEBI (these include public and preliminary entries)
· 1713 not found in ChEBI (so these are 1713, NOT 2546, the...

The status check has been removed from reactions which will be superseded in a merging. This way they can be merged without problem.

I have found just three families with more than two statuses:
