Have you read the various descriptions on the Home Page? They may answer some of the questions you may have. Those pages get an overhaul once in a while.
As much as I can, I'll try to answer all questions related to MonDoc. No promises, though :)
If you want to be sure you get an answer, consider becoming a Developer.

I'm trying to document this project for more than 4 years now. The farthest I got so far is with few academic papers and the descriptions available on the Home Page (see link above).
If you're interested in adding usability and personalization to OpenSource projects, and if you'd like to keep an eye on the development of MonDoc, I'd be happy to add you as a Developer.
