This usually happens when you have no mutants. The error you are having is probably caused during the mutant generation phase and then not surfacing until you execute the tests. Also, it is a requirement that your source code is in a different folder than your test code.

Ah, sorry, I didn't see the other responses on this thread. I have not seen anywhere to download the source for MuJava v1.3--burgessg, can you please tell me where you found the source code so I can download it? Also, anyone who has posted to this forum is welcome to make these updates themselves and e-mail me the results: I'd be happy to post it, I just don't have time to provide full dev...
