Hello, regarding the VLAN the best option would be, in my opinion, to directly act on the switch (if it is managed) and separate the LAN trunks. It's absolutely strange, i checked the linux/netfilter_ipv4.h of 2.6.28-11 and it contains the NF_IP_PRE_ROUTING define. Did you run make defconfig && make prepare && make prepare scripts under /usr/src/linux* sources? Primiano Tucci.
