This seems a dupe of 1504744. It's a really annoying bug though, having an action behaving differently because of internal parameters of the documents (the user can't the viewBox parameter!).
We have just released peksystray 0.4.0. This latest version should now be stable and feature-full (within the KISS philosophy).
With the new feature and bug fix this notification tray should fit needs for any docking window manager and be compatible with all the applications (some bugs fixed).
