Can I ask you to help me with the install and configuration on my hosts machine? I cannot get it to work and I am not to sure I am doing it correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, I would be interested if you can get it to work on my hosting-server. I am mainly interested in the watermarking of the photographs. I am a photographer and wish to sell my photos online just like vvgallery.org is set up. I take pictures of sporting events, weddings, etc.. and this application is exactly what I need.
