The attatched patch adds hyperlink support. It is kind of rough, but should work just fine. It doesn't change the style of cells (Excel actually uses a special style for this which I didn't bother to work out), but this can be done at least with XFStyle (blue, underline). The following is an example use:
rownum = 3
colnum = 3
target = "'my sheet'!A1"
hint = "click to visit 'my sheet'"...
