That an error this patch, after we cann't login system.
In fact, a file is lost : applications/securityext/src/org/ofbiz/securityext/login/LoginEvents.java, which isn't present on the NEOGIA_0_9_4B branch.

Well I was troubles to compile NEOGIA_0_9_4B from CVS. We need to do only one little correction, here the patch :
