Formatter doesn't respect preferences Editor Tab Width in this case if they are set to 2.

After resizing the ToolBar from 24x24 to 16x16 if window is minimized and then restored some visual artifacts are left on the ToolBar (icons are resized but the space they occupy isn't).

A user at Wikibooks reported that the C++ Comment highlight using / as continuation char for multiple lines is not working.
Wikimedia is using GeSHi so the problem should be in the Syntax Highlighter itself ( http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:SyntaxHighlight_GeSHi )

Upon running installing last version of PMD (4.1) if I run cpdgui.bat and on the created gui select "report duplicate chunks larger than" edit field to edit the limit shown in a random edit (the first, third etc attempt) the gui closes and this is shown on the dos prompt:
