originally i just wanted to
fix the parallel build by adding some dependencies ... but as i found
this to be a rather boring and error-prone work, i wrote a script to
dynamically regenerate the Makefile.am's file lists from the present .va
files. :) the resulting file is less nice than the original one, but no
human should be subjected to reading that anyway. ;)
