PlayPatternAtOrder()
It's already possible to play a single pattern in a loop, using PlayPattern().

What's the problem with using PlayPattern()? It works, e.g. in the Impulsive UI, you use F6 to play the current pattern in a loop.
- removed reintroduced property CursorPosition that tries to access private fields and methods from the instrument and sample page classes. Should fix compilation with FPC 3.3.1
