Oops, just discovered you'll also need libaudiofile0 (I assumed it would be included by default if you selected the dev package, but apparently not...).

After having another look at building tao under cygwin, I realised it's a bit complicated (I'm sure it was easier when I first did it - have they changed something?), so I'm going to document the steps I needed to go through to get it working. I'll make sure and put this information in the next release, but I'm not sure when that'll be, hence the post here.

Buffer Synth 2 is a VST plugin (for Windows and OS X) designed to allow manipulation of two buffers in a number of ways. It could be considered as a cross between a simplistic wavetable synthesizer and GRM Tools' Freeze plugin.
This version fixes a bug where some hosts on OS X would hang when you try and open the editor.
