Add Memtest86+ to x86_64 UEFI GRUB boot menu

A side-effect of this issue is that scrolling through the start menu is really slow since the default screen polling cycle is 1000 ms so it only updates once a second. When the D3D driver initialization is successful, scrolling through the start menu is really fast.

Just a small bug - when opening EDID from path passed as command line argument, the root of the Block Tree is shown as "EDID" instead of the filename.

Another suggestion - can it remember the last directory for file dialog? At the moment it resets every time the dialog is shown to the home directory so I have to keep navigating to the same directory every time I want to save in a directory that isn't the home directory. Thanks.

Would be great if you could specify the EDID file to open as an argument to wxEDID.

Note on with velocity 0 should be treated the same as note off
