Filter Mod

I have requested some things for the Ares filter in post: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1597299&group_id=112366&atid=662036 While I have had some free time I have done these changes myself. Please could they be added to the next Ares build. They have been tested and all seems to work exactly as they should. Read the Changes.txt for a little more info.

Used to the server way :P This way it knows who to redirect and to what room.

It would be cool for user rediect on ARCA, much like the server side already has.
