How to use smsj with servlet / jsp / struts

Please help me on using smsj api with servlet/jsp/struts technology. I am not able to run the java code for the connection with "org.marre.sms.transport.clickatell.ClickatellTransport" When i am running the following code in servlet/jsp/struts then i am getting exception which is pasted down - ------------code starts---------------- Properties props = new Properties();.
