K3B has been an excellent application for me under Fedora Core 3. Recently I upgraded to Fedora Core 5 and have had a couple of problems
using K3B:
1) I can't seem to get it to work without being root.

I had to make some modifications to graphite 0.68 and piddle 1.0.15 in order to get these to work under Python 2.3. See the patch pages at https://sourceforge.net/projects/graphite/ and https://sourceforge.net/projects/piddle/. Enven so, only the PDF PIL PS and TK backends worked for me.

I'm running Fedora Core 3, Python 2.3.4, on a 1.7 GHz Pentium 4 processor with 1.5 GB memory and just installed Numeric-24.0b2.tar.gz. I cd to the Test directory and run:

Hello,
After adding some debug output to DVDStyler I was able to figure out that conversion of the menu was causing problems. Initially, the program seg faulted without any output when I attempted to burn a DVD. As I added the trace messages, it variously:
- detected an error at the conversion
- seg faulted
- illegal instruction
