A selected list of requirements can be shown in a graph showing the dependencies. The nodes can be clicked and open the content. In the mouse over (or "tooltip" the title of the requirement is shown.

It should be easy to split an existing requirement (e.g. because it really contains more than one requirement.
The texts and dependent requirements can be assigned to the daughter nodes easily. The history shows the splitting.
