Hi. The README says to remove your ftpcube configuration directory entirely when upgrading. You can find it in %USERPROFILE%\Ftpcube Config. Just remove that and restart. The message you said below doesn't seem to affect function. I don't see it on wxPython 2.6.3.3, but I did see it when I tried out 2.8.x.
