Hi Fambit,
CRT+ALT+DEL has been added to the new version that will be out in a few days.
Due to the way Flash handles keys, it is difficult to really support it, but instead I add a button Send CRT+ALT+DEL.
Best regards,
Marco FUCCI.

Hi Max,
Sorry for the problems with the Raw encodings. The new version that will be out in a few days, will fix this.

Hi,
Unfortunately, Flashlight-VNC is just a viewer and a VNC server cannot be written in Flash.
But I will look if I can support the repeater protocol of UltraVNC.

Hi,
It is definitively possible to tunnel the VNC stream through a RTMP server (red5 or another one). The more difficult part is to write the other side which connect to the VNC server and send data to the RTMP server.
If I have time, I can look at it in for future versions.

Yes, that's a good idea. Can you explain me how you encapsulate the VNC stream in SSL ? Using a SSL tunnel ?.

Yes, you can do this if you change the updateFrameBuffer command to the server, which specify which rectangle update.
You will also need to hack the Flashlight screen size to avoid having half part black.

Hi Vassil,
Flashlight-VNC explicitly asks which part of the screen he want to see, than your solution seems to be possible.
But some VNC servers can select only one application to view. I think TightVNC can do that on Windows, or UltraVNC. This could be better.
Let me know if this is working.

Hi Oscar,
Unfortunately, the sources of record.jar could not be released in the public domain ...
But you can find similar code (record VNC session in fbs format) in almost all the Java viewer which are in Open Sources (this is supported at least by the TightVNC Java Viewer).
Hopes this help !

Hi Syd,
This should be a bug of Flash plugin. I hope it will be fixed in the next version. Let me know if it is fixed when the next version will be released.
