Version 3.1GA of the Metadata Extraction Tool has been released. This is a minor update that introduces a new engine for PDF Parsing (enabling the parsing of encrypted PDFs and fixing some PDF parsing issues), and some minor modifications to the JPG and TIFF adapters.
