It seems that you are running a OneClick install configuration. Download http://itsfv.googlecode.com/files/iTSfv-5.61.0.1-setup.exe and retry. :)

iTSfv is designed forWindows. The day Microsoft .NET Framework for Mac comes out, it will be supported in Mac also. :)

Hi,
Thanks for the bug report. I will change the download location in a future version. For now, download http://wmwiki.com/mcored/itunes-artwork-grabber.mp3 to C:\Program Files (x86)\iTSfv\itunes-artwork-grabber.mp3 manually and retry. :)
