It would be nice to use a .mvx filename as a parameter when calling VMmanager.
(if done, VMmanager should start with this File in "modify" mode)
Thus one would be able to right-click on a vmx, chose "open with" - then VMmanager, and whooosh - edit the vmx inside VMmanager.
