Author here. I'm really sorry you all got no support for this (and others issues) after all this time. Long story short, things changed a lot during these years. I know I have no excuses but let me say a word: the project is not dead and I developed a few other related projects aiming towards better solutions for Caesium. They are in a pretty good spot right now and I'm integrating them in Caesium right now. It won't be easy and will end up taking a lot of time. Let me give you a few (almost) alternatives...
