I had a similar problem with the current 2.2.0.2 release. I had two torrents that were dead or otherwise defective. Something about the fact that the scrapes on those two were failing caused (almost) all the other torrents to fail to scrape.
When I deleted those torrents, the others started scraping fine. I wish I could remember what torrents they were so I could identify the bug.

As of B51, files that don't meet the minimum share ratio (1:1 in my configuration) don't maintain first priority.
Is anyone else seeing the same?.

I had that problem a few weeks ago. Took me too long to figure out what the problem was. Spent two days changing hardware before I remembered I'd patched tcpip.sys.
Went back to unpatched tcpip.sys and the problems went away. Go figure.
