I downloaded dev-c++ 0.70 binaries for Linux, and I am
running RedHat 7.1 with gcc 3.0. I installed to
/usr/local/dev-c++
I ran /usr/local/dev-c++/devcpp and it appeared to just
sit there idleing. I waited for about 5 minutes and
nothing happened. So, I strace'd it and it was getting
a billion (exaggeration, of course) SIGSEGVs a second,
and it was ignoring every one of them! I assume...
