DNS leaks?

Privoxy 3.0.9 with socks4a forwarding Debian Lenny 5.0 Firefox 3.5 + torbutton I proved that DNS lookups are being forwarded properly by setting an IPTABLES rule to block outbound UDP to port 53 and running Wireshark. Browsing with Firefox + Privoxy + TOR works exactly as expected and wireshark shows no DNS captures. However, when I delete the IPTABLES rule and continue browsing...

Cannot configure

Hi. First, is middleman still being supported? I've installed on Debian Lenny 5.0 and it works great except I am unable to configure using the web interface. For example, when I choose "filter" in the dropdown "Select a Section" then click Submit nothing happens. Also, where are the docs? Thanks!
