On startup make a check of other instance of tango, It it is running just open tango console.

The installation fails when copying uidle*.dll. This is due to fact that the dll is loaded and is not unregistered by uninstall process.

Tango is a yet another personal time tracking tool for windows. It
works by silently taking a screen-shot every minute and allows to run
and annotate the entire day as a movie.
Release 0.1.1.5 is an intermediate version that adds possibility to scale down screenshot image size. This helps to save disk space.
