https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=187928&package_id=219598&release_id=652957 is the latest version that will work with 2.0.0.19 TB which is current release, should also work with the 3.b version.
Default download is outdated for some odd reason it didn't pickup the latest version.

Habu went into limbo for a while as many(if not everyone) has noticed.
The project has restarted recently and updates should start circulating to all the Habu Websites.
http://www.ibiblio.org/shadow/habu/ being the most up-to-date as Will has easier access to that site and mozilla seems to delay updates for a long time after they are released. We are working on getting all sites updated...
