Some people experinced sever problems while using KSMAS and trying to delete the folder. Since some files are created by files owned by PHP (usually "unknown" user) They can't be deletes by the site woner. This is also a permissions issue, bad coding if you will.
To fix that on all versions prior to Beta 3 (still under development) I have created an uninstaller that deletes the files...
