    As the OP awaits moderation (5 months later...), I cannot speak toward their situation. While 7.2.8 is listed as being available, the most recent xdmsetup-2018.msi I've been able to download from SourceForge bears a modification date of March 4, 2018, and installs 7.2.7. I've attached 4 screenshots documenting downloading xdmsetup-2018.msi today (May 19, 2019) and the version running after I installed it.
