An option to represent cross references, such as in the ESV, as footnote entries (like superscript letters in the study Bibles). Then, when rolled over, the cross references appear in the magnifier and when clicked, the window navigates to that key entry.

In the ESV, the inlined cross references impacts readability. This sounds complicated to me, but is it possible to create a margin within the text window (right or left side) that contains the cross references for the adjoining verses? It would be great if they remained hyperlinks as well. Is this even possible with the rendering engine?
BTW, does the NET contain any inline...

An option to keep the current selection vertically centered in the window as much as possible. Obviously, verses near the top and bottom of the window will not be centered (unless padding is added for those cases). The current behavior is to position the selected verse at the top. Positioning it in the center will allow easier examination of the context of the selection.

I can't reproduce it in the release build, but I think it was in the debug build. It's fine now, but I was sure it occured in 2.2rc1.

I am having the same problem but just noticed it because I don't use personal commentaries. Is there a way to initiate text entry? BT 2.2, Qt 4.5.2, Fedora 6.

The usual behavior is to close the print dialog after the user selected "Print" but in 2.2, the dialog must be manually closed.
