Interesting. So it appears to be a problem related to installing from a CD-ROM drive? Not something I ever tested, lol. I'll see if I can reproduce it,

My Vista installation is still down (thanks, XP SP3) not had any time to look at it.
I've no idea what is going on here, but as the Tux Paint installer doesn't touch any system components (no updates to system DLL's, nothing installed into windows or system32) or make changes to non-private registry entries, it's difficult to see how it could have any persistent, system wide effect after...

I've checked in some code that addresses the 'Windows logo' key problem. Only works on 2K/XP/Vista.
The other issues, which I think means the accessibilty short-cuts, are more difficult to implement as they involve changing the global state of the system and then restoring it on exit. There is no single exit point in the current source to place such a restore function. I'll try using atexit(),

I noticed that ALT-F4 quits on 9x/XP in fullscreen-mode even with the noquit option, so maybe we just need to tweak the docs.
If we need to change the magic sequence on all platforms, what about Ctrl+Alt+Q or Ctrl+Alt+X ?
