It should be obvious by now that the project is stalled, and that it will probably not see any further improvement, unless someone steps in and does it himself.
Obviously, the interest for Toshibapdr is low. Most people now have USB, and the camera is not produced anymore. however, this driver might still be of some interest to people acquiring second-hand hardware.
