Well I just did sudo apt-get upgrade and it found 12 packages to upgrade and I did and when I go to refresh packages screen it no longer finds 12 but still shows 12 on main screen after restarting Webmin. ubuntu@server1:~$ sudo apt-get upgrade Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Calculating upgrade... Done The following packages will be upgraded: gcc-8-base libatomic1 libcc1-0 libgcc1 libgomp1 libitm1 liblsan0 libmpx2 libobjc4 libquadmath0 libstdc++6...

... and now it no longer shows 12 on main screen, guess there was some delay to update it. So I don't know why those 12 could not be updated in Webmin but I am all good now, thanks.

Yes, I have updated to 1.900 since screenshot in original post and issue remains. Using Ubuntu 18.04.01 LTS On the System > Software Package Updates > Intallled tab it shows "Running latest ..." for all listed packages.
