Just to be sure: the message is still stored encrypted? In other words, you didn't use "Decrypt to folder" and try to re-use the same operation on the same message? Yes. Can you attach a debug log file (menu Enigmail > Debugging Options > View Log)? 2018-11-01 12:55:52.744 [DEBUG] enigmailMessengerOverlay.js: setAttachmentReveal 2018-11-01 12:55:52.808 [DEBUG] enigmailMessengerOverlay.js: messageFrameUnload 2018-11-01 12:55:52.808 [DEBUG] enigmailMessengerOverlay.js: messageCleanup 2018-11-01 12:55:52.808...

Well, I agree that it shouldn't matter, but it apparently does, because I see different behavior depending on whether the message is already decrypted. I checked the error console, there's nothing there.

Decrypt to folder doesn't do anything for already decrypted message

Hello? Knock knock? Is this thing on? This just bit me again today when I edited a message as new and it removed the Re: prefix from the Subject line without my noticing. This is email corruption. Can somebody please pay some attention here?
