this is related to file upload issue 1200266. It is normal,
that the files created by the Apache to have the ownership
of apache. Otherwise it would be a security issue. I can't
force from program the ownership of a remote file. And this
is normal. I proposed to this guy, to change the ownership
of the files to the apache user, and with this he would
solve...

very strange and restrictiv php settings. For that
particular php installation it seems that there is a problem
with the uploads. I talked with him through maillinglist.
Because other users don't have this problem, I propose to
put this one with lower priority.

optionally include open source WYSIWIG editor so user
can use it to edit their qwiki pages. User would make
this selection during the install process and then
could disable it later via _config.php if desired. The
editor would need to be simple and installed when qwiki
is installed.

Allow a user to create a set of templates (stored in
/templates) that can be selected from a list at the
bottom of the edit page when they edit/create a page.
Clicking the template link would automatically populate
that HTML code into the qwiki edit box where the cursor
is located or at the top of the document if the cursor
is not in the text box.

The admin should have a link on every page that allows
them to create an entry in _adminData.php
$QW['overridePageArray'] for that page. The admin
shouldn't have to edit _adminData.php from the command
line.

Allow a single copy of qwiki to be configured to
control more than one copy of the /data and /backup
directories. This feature will allow sysadmins to
install/maintain a single copy of the source code and
allow users to have multiple, separate /data and
/backups dirs.

Currently, you have to "edit page" to see attached
files. The list of attached files should be visible in
the normal output so you don't have to go to "edit
page" to see them. With page privs, some users may not
be able to edit the page.
