Right now the view type cannot be changed. For example, an applet created with a Simple view (e.g., http://jugglinglab.sourceforge.net/siteswap.php?5 ) cannot be converted into an Edit view.
Desired features:
* Provide some mechanism, accessible from all views, to switch the view type
* Make it visible so people know it's there, but unobtrusive.
