  • Comment: per-bibliograhy autofile

Is it not possible to put the name of the bibliography file (ie namehere.bib) in the path to your autofile, then the papers for each would be in a subfolder? I think that adding %b/ to the front of your autofile string might work, even with a globally fixed location. Or try the "relative to each document" option for the autofile location in the autofile preferences, that might give...

  • Comment: preserve title capitalization for PubMed imports

Check out the "Protect Titles" script from the BibDesk scripts library (google bibdesk and scripts). Just choose the last import, and select that from the scripts menu and you'll have it as you like it. FWIW, I think that {DNA}, which is an acronym, should be protected, but not whole titles, since different bibtex/journal styles ask for different types of capitalization for style reasons...

  • Comment: Support for PEP-Web Psychoanalytic Electronic Publishing

Yes, the best thing you could do towards that would be to contact them and ask them to provide data in either bibtex or RIS formats, for download. I suspect, though, that their 'table' view is the most broken up data they have. One would need to write a parser to get the info, probably the most likely community to help with that would be the citeulike community. It's mucho hard, though.

  • Comment: Google BibTex citation title incorrectly imported

OTOH this might be worth solving: 2. As a result of the brackets, the titles do NOT sort correctly. For example, an initial "The" is NOT ignored. I guess the entire title is being treated as a single word for sorting?.

  • Comment: Google BibTex citation title incorrectly imported

@eponymousarchon If the braces weren't displayed, one wouldn't know they were present and might wonder why the capitalization wasn't being forced to whatever the bibtex stype was prescribing. At least that is true in some places it is displayed. I think that could be quite confusing. You might be able to edit one of the applescripts to remove braces from the title fields...

  • Comment: Google BibTex citation title incorrectly imported

Well, there *are* braces around the title; so the entry is imported correctly. As to whether Google should be producing BibTeX is this way is open for discussion; with Goggle :) Seriously though, the extra braces preserve the capitalization of the title, BibTeX and BibTeX style's routines for capitalization sometimes leave a lot to be desired (I know that some disagree), so preserving...
