I am trying to get a copy of Version 3.1 of the CCL library for a project that will communicate with an application built against that version. I did not see any download link for that specific version under the Files section.
I tried looking in the Subversion repository and saw a lot of updates. Could someone point me out to the revision that would equate to version 3.1 of the CCL...
