This second release (version 2.1.9) was created to solve a problem in the first release, because of the lack of some classes in the com.oktiva.util package.
An additional difference in this release is the 3 packages available: the compiled .jar, the full source with libs, and the source without the libs.

The first public release of Mogno happened at 05/jan/2005.
The Mogno library and the Mogno Studio are tools developped by Oktiva (http://www.oktiva.com.br), a software company at Brasil, and are used in production environment, including in commercial products.
It's development started at 2003, and now it's a stable component-based framework to web development.

This new release can optionally receive db username and password as input parameters.
As there is some people using this release, I changed the project status from "alpha" to "beta".
