I updated both info and patch to reflect requested changes.
I couldn't reproduce problem with missing make-target, but, hopefully it is gone because of updated auto*-tools.

This file was successfully parsed with re2c 0.13.1 and several earlier versions. After upgrading to 0.13.4 I get a lot of weird errors

It seems, that it has something to do with comment-blocks, because changing comment-blocks leads to change in reported errors.
