Compiling and using with windows

Hey there, I'm running a fortran software which currently outputs calculation results as plain ASCII files but I want to make it be able to output in EAS3 format so the complete EAS3 functions are available for further calculations. Is it possible to compile EAS3 on windows with visual studio 08? could you please explain me how to do that, it didn't work so far... Further: how is it...
